Who you will see

Move without pain, live without limits

I am Nour Jihad Kassem, a physical therapist working in Lebanon. I give you one-on-one attention in every session, and I focus on the root cause of your pain rather than only the symptoms you can feel.

Using a combination of manual therapy, advanced clinical techniques and a customised exercise programme, I help you recover from post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain and sports injury. The approach is the same whether you are an athlete, a parent of a child who has been referred, or someone whose back has ached at a desk for two years: assess properly, explain it plainly, treat the cause, and finish with you able to maintain it yourself.

I work across neurological, sports, trauma, paediatric and geriatric cases, and I also see patients at home when travelling to a clinic is not realistic.

My approach

Three principles that decide how a case is run

They are unremarkable principles. Following them every single time is what is not.

Principle 01

Find the cause, not the symptom

The painful spot is often not the problem — only where the problem surfaced. A full examination comes before any treatment, because treating an area without knowing what is driving it is guessing with better equipment.

  • Posture, movement and strength testing
  • Joint and soft-tissue examination
  • A clinical diagnosis in plain words

Principle 02

Hands-on, then loaded

Manual therapy, dry needling and cupping open a window in which you can move better. What you do inside that window — with progressive, specific exercise — is what makes the change last.

  • Manual therapy and modalities
  • A customised exercise programme
  • Progression reviewed every visit

Principle 03

Leave knowing your own body

The goal is not only to relieve your symptoms. It is to build the strength, confidence and knowledge that keep you healthy and active for life — which means you need to understand what happened and why.

  • Education at every session
  • A maintenance routine you will actually do
  • Prevention built into the plan

Your journey

Three stages, from the first visit to the last

Nothing is treated before it has been assessed, and nothing is discharged before you can maintain it yourself.

Your first visit

A comprehensive assessment, a clear diagnosis explained in plain words, and the first session of treatment on the same day.

Progress & treatment

Hands-on therapy paired with a progressive exercise programme, reviewed at every visit so the plan keeps matching where you actually are.

Graduation & long-term health

You finish with the strength, the confidence and the knowledge to maintain it yourself — plus a short routine that keeps the problem away.

What matters here

Six things that are not negotiable

One-on-one attention

Every session is yours alone, start to finish.

No mystery language

If you cannot explain your own problem afterwards, we did not finish.

Honest timelines

A realistic estimate beats an optimistic one you stop believing in week three.

Measured progress

Strength and range recorded, so improvement is visible rather than remembered.

All ages

From children's development to older adults' balance and mobility.

Arabic, French & English

Explained in whichever of the three you are most comfortable in.

Patients

What people say afterwards

I had been told to rest and wait. Instead I was given something to do from the first visit, and the pain settled within three weeks.
R. H.Lower back
The first person who examined my shoulder properly instead of guessing. I knew exactly what was wrong by the end of the session.
M. K.Shoulder
Six weeks after my knee surgery I could manage the stairs again. The plan was staged and I always knew what came next.
L. S.Post-operative knee
My neck pain turned out to be a posture and strength problem. Months on and it has not come back.
A. D.Neck & posture
She explained my son's walking in a way two other people could not, and the exercises were a game he actually wanted to play.
Y. N.Paediatric
The cupping and dry needling helped immediately, but it was the exercise programme that made it stay away.
T. B.Chronic pain

Come in for an assessment

A full examination, the findings explained, and a plan you understand. No commitment beyond that session.
